How are your real estate services paid for?

Why is turnkey setup quote-based?
A 1-bedroom cabin and a 4-bedroom remodel are very different projects. We quote each property based on its size, layout, and condition and the look and amenities you want, and you approve a line-item plan before any purchases.
Can I use only part of the service?
Yes. Some clients only need buyer representation, some own a property and only need setup and launch, and some want everything.
