The property
Meadow Retreat is a countryside retreat on more than half an acre in Cottonwood. It shares the larger parcel story we use with clients: one well-sited property can support a main home and a separate guest experience when zoning, structures, and utilities allow.
What we did
- Full remodel, including a light-filled addition that works as a yoga room or remote-work office, a feature that sets the listing apart for longer stays.
- Outdoor living built around a covered hot tub and the orchard, so the photos sell a feeling, not just a floor plan.
- Layout for four guests, with two bedrooms and two baths so couples traveling together each get their own suite.
The result
Meadow Retreat holds a 4.96-star rating from 28 Airbnb guest reviews and carries Airbnb’s Top 5% and Guest Favorite distinctions under a Superhost account.
The lesson for investors
Before choosing a single piece of furniture, decide who the property is for. Bedroom count, sleeping layout, workspace, and outdoor space all follow from that guest profile. We run the same exercise with every client before building a furnishing plan.
